I can't block anything on lightbeam anymore and the site preferences and the scroll bars are not visible anymore

Lightbeam is not working properly anymore. I already removed it from my computer and added it back on twice, and this hasn't helped. A few times the ability to block it reappears for a second, but then it disappears again. Does this mean I have a virus or malware? How can I fix this? Thanks.

Some added toolbar and anti-virus add-ons are known to cause Firefox issues. Disable All of them.
