I am running Firefox in a published desktop environment using Citrix XenApp. After a few days after a fresh reboot(running the servers provisioned as well), Firefox starts crashing whenever you try to run it. Safe mode does not work either, crashes right away. Crash ID is bp-f4378bef-5e26-4481-a691-1b8442140625 if it doesn't show up below. Don't really know what other details to provide. Let me know if I need anything else.

Any ideas?

Hi,

The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other Firefox users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers.

If you want to leave feedback for Firefox developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Submit Feedback... or use this link. Your feedback gets collected at http://input.mozilla.org/, where a team of people read it and gather data about the most common issues.

One of your crash reports talks about the computers video software, Not add-ons, its own software. Can you check for any updates?

This is running on a provisioned virtual machine, so all it has is generic video drivers. Running 2008 r2 as well. I checked Windows Update, and there are no new drivers or anything available.
