I just intalled firefox for androind form the google play store on my samsung tablet, model SM-T713, running android 7.0, and it seems to have rendering issues on most websites i visit(example image attached)

Reinstalling the app has not solved it, factory resseting the device has not solved it, and no other apps, including browsers, show this issue, exept any version of firefox.

I was told by the staff on the gplay page to report this issue here.

On at one website I log into, in the field where I enter my username and password, the font color blends in with background so much, it's almost impossible to read what I typed. The background is white, and the font is very close to White. When I invert the colors, the background is black, and the font is nearly black. I have to use a 5x magnifier to see what's written in the fields because there is so little contrast between the font and the field.

I've adjusted color inversion, transparency and blur, high contrast fonts, etc. nothing improves it.

This problem behaves the same way on both my Samsung A12 and A15 phones.  But, it looks perfectly fine using Chrome browser!

I used to have Bookmarks in a particular order based upon the most frequently used ones vs others plus, I also had rhem grouped according to websites associated with them and their relevance.

Now, I can no longer edit their order back to what I had before.

The current selection for sorting does have any way to customize them either.

Is there a work around or app that will provide the capability to order them as 'I' need them to be?

I am running on android 15 v7. Samsung S22 Ultra Firefox current version - 139.0

Please, as of late last year the "Bookmarks" have been all over the place. They just, recently, shifted around again. It's maddening! Can you not fix this annoying problem?

Last week at least for several days the Firefox Browser loa It was taking a 1 minute or more to load a web page. Other browsers including Chrome & Duck Duck Go were loading the same page in a second or less. I had cleared the Cache with no change. Because of this issue I had stopped using Firefox for several days. I just rechecked this morning to give you more specific info and Firefox was working perfect with no delays! I am not sure if a system change was made in the last several days, however I will update my review. Thank you.

I am getting Firefox on my tablet so I can use a Portable device. You are on my desktop as advised by my son. He years ago advised me to learn email. To do so meant a non credit class at the local university. It is now many years later and I a retired nurse seeks his advise for all computer related things. Email for communication has been very important as my family is in Saskatchewan, Alberta and BC. In the past I did travel out of Canada but did keep my family aware of my movement and did book my own transportation, accomodation etc. Email allows this. I felt secure using Firefox to do this. You have proven my son was wise in his advise. I can trust Firefox. Vera Hamilton

I don't think Accessibility is the proper topic. I couldn't find a more relevant topic in the list.

The concern I have is why the "Send Tab" feature in Firefox for Android isn't in the same place as in the desktop version? It is easily found in the sync menu (shown as the user's email address) but in the Android version it's under share instead of the sync menu where it belongs. Why isn't there any consistency between platforms? Consistency is very important for ease of use, efficiency and user satisfaction. Please at lease try to lix this issue in the next subversion or the next version, which ever is more feasible.

When I set a shortcut for a website, I just get a randomly colored icon with the first letter of the domain in the center from some website . This happens even though the websites have proper favicons — I checked. The issue seems to be with the app itself, not the sites. I also tried it on a freshly installed latest firfox browser, and the problem persists. One example is https://www.perplexity.ai/, which doesn't show its icon either.

I have some websites that require pop-ups. I cannot get them to work in Firefox on my Android phone. Google searches reference a setting under "privacy and security" where I should be able to allow pop-ups in general or for certain URLs only, but I don't have that setting option.

I have Firefox version 139.4 if that helps.

When browsing with Firefox, I press the back button & sometimes it goes back a couple of pages instead of one page. I'm using the latest version of Firefox on Android 14

Multiple times a day, I'll open Firefox Mobile and find that the settings have reset themselves: The tabs are set up in grid view, and the homepage has had sponsored shortcuts added, with Google, Wikipedia, and something about trending stories pinned, as well as stories/sponsored stories toggled back to on.

This happens multiple times a day. Sometimes I will open it and find that not only have my settings reverted in this manner, but *multiple* Google/Wikipedia/trending shortcuts have been pinned.

How can I stop this from happening?

As of this morning (7-5-25), the app Firefox and only the Firefox app turns my entire phone screen grayscale when it is open in the foreground. The color transition takes about a second, and if I tab to another app or the home screen it takes about a second to transition back to full color. I cannot find any active grey scale settings in either my phone or the app. I have downloaded no extensions to my knowledge.

Dear Support, while using my email, Outlook, on my mobile, I cannot log out of my account. Can anybody help, please?

Am using the Galaxy A21s Android mobile.

Am using Android 12.

My browser is Firefox for Android, version 140.0.3.

The email is Outlook.com.

Whenever I go into my own account, I click on my profile, and then sign out. In the very recent past, the system has done exactly that. Now, however, the system 'hangs' and does nothing. The only thing that was different was the updating of Firefox for Android.

Could anybody suggest anything, please? Do not want to stay logged on, especially on an Android mobile, Marek

I am adding tabs to Collections and have noticed that I cannot change the order in which the list of Collections appears, either on the Home page under subheading "Collections" or upon clicking "Save to collection" from the three-dot menu.

The order seems to be fixed by an ordering system of oldest to newest. There is no way to rearrange this ordering, either to alphabetical ranking or custom ordering.

Is there a way to switch up the chronological ordering? Any help would be much appreciated.
