My phone suddenly says I'm on Firefox 10 and it's dead. Should have updated automatically and didn't. Now nothing works. How can I update? Already tried the directions.

I cannot reactivate spell check as I type, with English dictionary and the thick box ticked. Previously I could not get rid of spell check in my 2nd language (Turkish) but as I have managed, now I cannot restore spell check in English.

Can anyone help please?

Should I delete and reinstall Firefox? If I do will I lose my bookmarks?

I am using 140 ESR version on linux with Cloudflare's DNS over HTTPS and with DOH active for some reason resolving a domain like d3oklwo3y1bx83.cloudfront.net will resolve to local host IP 127.0.0.1.

I am using firefox about:networking#dnslookuptool to test resolution of the domain d3oklwo3y1bx83.cloudfront.net Both with DOH on and off the resolution remains local host. I tried another browser on the same workstation and I was able to receive a resolution of 13.225.193.203 13.225.193.133 13.225.193.64 13.225.193.58 Why is firefox ESR not able to resolve that domain? What are causes ?

I am using 147 ESR and when I go to permissions and block all cookies for the site plex.tv the cookies are not blocked. If I go to the URL field and select the lock, it shows "clear cookies and site data" which means the cookies have being accepted.

Why are the cookies accepted from the site when I have set cookies "blocked"

Hi, how can i sync my account but i have no access to my e mail because it got deleted? I am still able to log into firefox but now it doesnt let me sync. i deleted my email because it disconnected everytime i tried to login to the firefox browser the password was invalid.

I have searched these forums for "always on top" and the results were completely useless, so I assume no one has asked this question before, or the search engine is ineffective.. anyway, the question is:

When watching a video where you can click the right-side button to pop the video out to Picture-in-Picture mode, the video window that pops out is permanently set to Always On Top. It is often inconvenient for it to be Always On Top. I would like to be able to right-click on that video window and be able to select an option to disable Always On Top, or failing that, I would like to be able to disable this Always On Top via manually setting something in about:config. Can anyone recommend a solution that doesn't involve installing any third-party software to control Always on Top behavior? Thank you in advance.

I received a scam (verified by Apple) that my credit card was used for an Apple Store purchase. Now, that link is stuck on Firefox and I can't do anything without dialing their support number, which I am reticent to do. So, Firefox is unusable for me now. I tried to restart my iphone, to no avail.

As you can see always ask where to save is selected but whenever I download a PDF file it doesn't ask me and it just saves to downloads. How can I fix that?

Shortly after upgrading FireFox, whenever I try to go to a website, like PayPal or my bank or anything else, I immediately get a large Ad/site for something frequently related somehow.

Like my bank I will get something suggesting an online bank, or ways to make banking easier. It will be a large window, covering my original window. I have to exit THAT site to get to the one I want.

It is a separate window, I cannot just X it out, I must shut down that window.  Then the window that I actually want will be beneath it.

I can't figure out how to fix it.

Firefox Sync code doesn't arrive; my email's support (Proton Mail) says you have «likely added you to their suppression (do-not-send) list automatically.».

So I request you remove the e-mail associated with my account, the one used in this post, from the do-not-send list.

Several days ago Firefox deleted all of my saved passwords. When I built up a new list of saved Passwords, they are all deleted and gone the next day. Why is Firefox doing this?

Today, I once again had to refresh Firefox Due to my eBay page being rehashed and not usable, but I forgot about my Facebook and after the refresh found I have now lost almost six months of chat history (most recent of which is very important to me), and I just can;t find a way to recover it. Please advise me what to do. Kind regards

Can you help providing a sync from the last 30days. Using a backup computer as my current computer is being repaired and bookmarks/passwords will no sync on this machine
