I’m not a great user of “forum solutions” simply because due to an accident and head trauma I have developed quite severe concentration issues, or lack of concentration issues however you would like to look at it.

So if you have an idea about my problem give it to me like I’m a 10 year old.

My situation started about three updates ago, and is as follows.

If I open up a new tab or I open up a link into a new tab or window that tab or window will often not scroll. I did eventually discovered that if I click on the “ reload current page” icon up on the toolbar it then scrolls with no issue whatsoever.

I do understand that this is not an end of the world situation, but is happening with greater frequency and it is an irritation which at times really starts to grind that every time I open a new tab I then have to reload that tab in order to get it to operate.

Suggestions welcome.

So I started using Firefox on my older and newer laptops, but I've noticed that on my older laptop it has started giving me the message "You must log in to this network before you can access the internet", although I am already signed in on my Mozilla account there too. My newer laptop has had no issues for the record. Both systems are running windows 11, both have the same account that I am using, etc. If it makes any difference, my older laptop is using an ethernet cable whilst the newer one is connected via Wi-Fi. When I ran into this issue yesterday on my old laptop, the issue somehow resolved itself after I created a bugzilla account, although I am unsure if this was coicidence, so now I am confused why the issue has showed up again. Awaiting any kind of help or advice, thank you.

I am logging in to my browser as normal, but am still getting the notification "You must log in to this network before you can access the Internet". This is cutting me off from regular internet access as if I was not logged in.

Last week my collections just disappeared from the home screen of Firefox. I used them as bookmark folders, so now it's quite inconvenient. Is it a bug or a new feature, how do I access my collection in Android?

While trying to retrieve new messages for one of my email accounts, I keep getting the message "Login to server xxx.xxx.xxx with username xxx@xxx.xxx failed."

I click the "Enter New Password" button and enter the same password that I use to successfully login to the account on a browser, and it STILL fails and keeps showing the same message box.

This started happening this morning. Have others reported this problem? What do I need to check to see if there is a problem in either Thunderbird or in my email account settings?

Like the title says. I've removed this (see img) page from history and tried hitting SHIFT + DEL with the suggestion highlighted, but it just persists. How can I get rid of it?

I can't tell if I've got a browser hijacker. I'm on an android phone on Firefox and using duckduckgo. I have avast antivirus, but the free version. And in the last 24 hours, sometimes when I type inquiries, usually if its a string of letters and numbers, it will redirect me to a website unrelated to my search. For instance, typing in mig23(looking up fighter jet), it won't do searches and instead will take me to some UK boat website. "OICE", a typo, takes me to a NASA OIIR website. It appears to be close to whatever I typed in, but also doesn't happen every single time. This doesn't happen on my other devices, but it also doesn't happen when I use google in Firefox. However, it is possible that this happened on my laptop but I do not have access to it right now.

I am always in fear of viruses and I desperately want this to be a computer glitch. I cleared the DNS cache, I deleted some files and apps and rebooted and its still happening! I don't know what file could've done it.

On a new computer, I entered a new Mozilla password, and Mozilla on new computer won't sync with my old bookmarks, which still are on old computer.

Sync doesn't add these bookmarks.

Both computers now sign in with new PW. I can't go back to old PW (doesn't have current standards).

How to get sync to work, and get my bookmarks on new computer?

how can a firefox145 (on Win11) update be rolled back?

it seems update 145.0.2 has killed all audio in firefox. Other browsers and programs have functioning audio. But nothing restores audio in FireFox after the update. I have closed and re-started FF - even hot and cold reboots of the machine. It is clearly a FF issue. The only solution appears to be a roll back, unless there is a preferences line that might have been shifted.

I recently switched from Safari to Firefox on my IPhone. When I realized that they don’t integrate I deleted the RoboForm app. and reinstalled it on my IPhone. Unfortunately they still don’t integrate and RoboForm will not fill in forms and passwords. Contacted RoboForm and they told me that they are investigating but I think that they don’t have an answer. In the meantime I have to copy/paste my logins. Somewhere I read that I should have the RoboForm icon on the top right corner of my screen- never happened. Anybody else goes through similar issues? Does anyone have suggestions(other than switch browser/password manager)? Thanks, Alberto

Over the past month or so, as often as not, when I receive an email it is immediately deleted before I can read it. I have not modified the program or installed any new software, antivirus or otherwise. Is anyone else experiencing this problem and, if so, do you know a fix? Thank you.

I HAVE THE FIX - Create a new PROFIE and import from HTML or restore again.

To create a new "PROFILE", click on the PROFILES menu and click NEW PROFILE, type in your FIRST NAME click on a color of your choice and click the DONE EDITING button. Now, IMPORT FROM HTML or RESTORE your bookmarks from the file you created.

If Firefox doesn't have a PROFILES menu choice (no problem), just type ABOUT:PROFILES into the address bar (where you would normally type a website address) and press the ENTER key on your keyboard.

If you need to type ABOUT:PROFILES (don't forget to type the COLON between ABOUT and PROFILES)

When the profiles window appears, click the CREATE A NEW PROFILE button, the CREATE PROFILE WIZARD will appear, (read the message and click the NEXT button, type in your FIRST NAME and click the FINISH button.

The new profile has been created. Close out of Firefox (multiple copies may be open). Close all of them, then restart Firefox and IMPORT FROM HTML or RESTORE your bookmarks.

Backup and Restore work best.

hi i have 2 pc's using tb , one can sign in to my outlook.com acct, but the desktop pc can not. have checked all setting etc

the working installation is on esr update channel, other on is not [so i have 2 difference tb versions]. both are updated

if anyone sees in a forum that i had email trouble recently pls note that i now have an old backup of win10 in service on the desktop pc. haven't yest found my way back to that forum to post the results of using peoples advice but they were very helpful

my thunderbird freezes at the point of checking mails. when i try to update it, it opens a new application completely and doesn't update my present one. i also can't find the location of the app or the data. pls help!!!
