why is it that on one phone, the screen says i was emailed account recovery information for an old gmail account i was locked out of...but the email wont show up? even if i back punk refresh or sync. wtf google? my account?

its literally not letting me recover my gmail account. what is going on? need i post pictures!!!?????

HOw do I stay signed in to Firefox so I do not have to sign in everytime I open it? Also, I created a new password which is being rejected. Since I can see the password, I know its the right one.

There is no place to copy confirmation code I changed secondary elail, switched second to orimary. Trying to merge two accounts but mozilla does not recognize the separate accounts as being two, the email addresses having something like aliases. How can I ever recuperate my passwords etc?

When I log into my Firefox account from my tablet it let me use the password to log in. But when I want to update it add a password that saved I can't use the same password to log into my saved password.. This problem is with my Samsung A7 lite tablet. The same password work fine in my cell. I even tried to rest the password still does let me get into the password that saved thru setting. I even tried to uninstall fire fox no changed. I first just clear cache in Firefox they setting under the app in the tablet. I tried that first. Nothing work to get me to see my saved password. Resetting nor changing my password does not work either. This make no sense. It let me log into the same password on my cell phone but reject that password when I want to add a password or see a password saved. There seem to be no way to get my saved password to work when I go setting. Than I touch screen for saved password than ask for password but reject the same password I used to log into the account on my tablet

Yet my other tablet work fine to log into account . Review what I tried 1  Clear all setting under settings on device than clear cache etc. second test password. 2nd removed fire fox and reinstalled with same password that I logged into. Than went to setting in Firefox ask to see my saved passwords. But in the same password to see the saved password but it reject that password. 3rd  Also tried to rest password that failed toounder setting that ask for a password to see my saved passwords.

hello.i recently formatted my phone.and now i re installed firefox and logged in toy account.but there is no data in my browser such as passwords and bookmarks and any thing.please help me.what happened to my data?.thnx

No matter how many times I get that code sent to rlane196350@yahoo.com which is my Mozilla Firefox email account it will not accept it. Why, and what am I supposed to do???

 Id appreciate an answer now before my new laptop arrives.

I'm using version 129 of Firefox for Android on a Galaxy S23+. I've used Microsoft Authenticator before to sign into Firefox Sync and Firefox Account.

Today it won't accept the MS Authenticator code. I also tried one of the backup codes and that didn't work either.

With either option above that I tried, I'm directed to a screen that reads: "Did you use the system camera?
