when i click on mozilla icon anothing happen . even i uninstall the mozilla software than i download new mozilla software but when when i click on install file it also not open please give me solution for it

  • Please confirm you are trying to install on a Windows 7 Computer
  • Have you seen and tried to follow these instructions

  • Where did you download Firefox from ?

You mention installing and uninstalling mozilla software. Have you ever had Firefox installed and working on the problem computer ?
