XML Parsing Error? Need Solution!
I'm on a particular website EVERY DAY and never had this problem before. I really need to correct this problem SOON because I WORK from this website and I'm desperate to find an answer.
I recently did a clean install of Firefox and haven't had any problems until now. I am getting this particular error and can no longer sign in to this website! I closed out Firefox when I got this error and now when I try to sign back in to this website, I am seeing "Problem Loading Page, The connection was reset." No matter how many times I try, same thing. Please help!!!

hello, can you try the steps described at Websites say cookies are blocked - Unblock them (though the title refers to a different problem, it also might apply to your case)?
Hi, and thanks for the quick reply! I must tell you that I was using PRIVATE BROWSING before I made the changes you suggested. Although I've made those changes, I am still getting the "Problem Loading Page, Connection Reset." error for the website I need to be on. Where do I go from here?
in your original question there appear to be two separate issues - the error in loading the page & the xml parsing error in the error message.
when clearing the cache & the site preferences didn't work, you can also try to reset the whole browser to rule out the influence of any settings or customizations in firefox. in case this does not work, please also have a look on external factors like security software & make sure that they are not blocking or sandboxing firefox in any way.
to address the xml parsing error on the error page, you can try a clean reinstall of firefox: remove firefox from the windows control panel & afterwards manually check if the firefox program folder got deleted (it's usually in C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox) and else remove it manually. then download & install a fresh copy at getfirefox.com ...
If clearing cookies doesn't work then it is possible that the cookies.sqlite file that stores the cookies is corrupted.
Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete other present cookie files like cookies.sqlite-journal in the Firefox profile folder in case the file cookies.sqlite got corrupted.
