So are you meaning when you click your number, it tries to call it with Skype? Do you have the Skype click to call extension? You can type about:addons into your address bar, hit enter, and then go to extensions. Then uninstall or disable the Skype add-on,
Do you have an add-on from Skype? You could check here and disable it if you find it:
orange Firefox button or classic Tools menu > Add-ons > Extensions
If that's not the issue, could you describe the blocking in more detail?
