My FF has been hijacked by Bing and I can't undo it even tho' FF is my default browser

It's as above. It's been going on for about 2 weeks and has taken over both IE and FF. It has me paralyzed on FF. I can't access my homepage at all. I finally totally removed FF and reinstalled it again (3.6). I can escape it on IE but I have to do it everytime I access my homepage.

In addition, Lots of things have disappeared from my webpages...most graphics, optin boxes. I see black text and outlines of boxes and that's about all.

I don't know if they're related but I need help!

FF is set as my default browser so I can't figure out how this happened as I've never used Bing!

Try to "Reset all user preferences to Firefox defaults" on the Safe mode start window.
