Sounds like a bit of spyware to me.
I suggest downloading Ccleaner (http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download) and running that program. Note this will remove most of your saved usernames/passwords and all of your history/saved offline pages.
I downloaded spybot and ran it many times, but, there was no success
When does that site open?
If it happens randomly of if you click a link then do a malware check with a few malware scan programs.
You need to use all programs because each detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of the database before doing a scan.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
See Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems and Troubleshoot issues with plugins like Flash or Java to fix common Firefox problems
You can also try"Reset all user preferences to Firefox defaults" on the Safe mode start window.
This happens whenever I open Firefox for the first time after turning the computer on. It also happens by itself if I don't.
Cor-el, may I make a suggestion without offending you? I was thinking that when they run the malware/spyware programs that you listed, it might be beneficial if they ran them in the Windows Safe Mode. That way only the basic files needed to run the system are opened.
What are your thoughts on the matter?
