Hi,

Sorry to hear about that issue! What web client/email service are you using?

Also, if you can tell us what operating system you are using, and the current version of your browser, that might help with diagnosis.

I have Spectrum/Charter and my operating system is Mac OS Sonoma 14.2.1 The browser is Thunderbird 115.6.1
