New tab will no longer open when using Jing and clicking on "View on Screencast" option.

When creating a screen capture using Jing, clicking on "View on Screencast" would automatically open a new tab and display the screencap. This no longer works with Firefox. I recently returned Firefox to default settings. Is there a setting I need to change to allow this?

This is probably the issue and is a Security Issue, please update your Flash 18.0 r0 and version 20.0 r0 and version Flash 31.0 r0 as they are conflicting and co-mingled and a security issue. Remove them with this tool : https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html If you use it Reinstall with Flash Player Version: 31.0.0.108 Current Version https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ Step 1: Select Operating System Step 2: Select A Version (Firefox, . . . .) jing uses Flash so.........
