Will Firefox Quantum be released as a UWP app for Windows 10?

With Firefox Quantum being released on November 14th, 2017, is there any chance of a UWP app for Windows 10 or is this just a pipedream? If said UWP app was created, is there any chance it could work on Windows 10 Mobile too?

Is anyone close enough to the Firefox Quantum project to perhaps shed some light on whether or not this is in the Mozilla roadmap for Firefox Quantum?

I am not aware of this being on any roadmap at the present time, but these are things that are kept under review and may be looked into at a later date.
