Firefox syncs only some of my logins?

On my desktop Firefox I have stored well over a thousand logins. Only a few ever get synced to Firefox on my Android device. I suspect it is the latest 100 logins that get synced.

I have tried: - Disabling the master password on both instances (although I know this shouldn't be necessary anymore) - Uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox on Android and consequently reconnecting to Firefox Sync - Forced Syncing before and after any action - I've installed the "About Sync" addon on my desktop FF and can provide data from it. According to this data it looks like the upload from the desktop device was successfully completed:

Validation of the password data is also successful. So it seems to me that Firefox on Android downloads the logins only partially.
