My contacts sidebar suddenly disappeared when I go to create an email in Thunderbird. I've tried everything, ALT plus F9, ALT plus F10...I'm so frustrated. Can somebody help me? Thank you!

In a new Write message window.

'View' > select 'Contacts sidebar'

you can also toggle the view using only the F9 key (do not press ALT)
