emails left in TB inbox over 24 hours or more are corrupted.

The body text is missing or corrupted, often the words/addresses I can decipher do not belong to the email I'm trying to read.

I have noticed on some emails the attachment icon disappears when I open the message and the content is all garbled.

Why? And more importantly, how do I fix it? Please Help
