I cannot send a link from the file menu, DL ext. SEND LINK still cannot?

I am using Win.XL. I have read all of the troubleshooting . help pages, downloaded all of the updates. I cannot use the SEND LINK option from the Mozilla File Menu drop down box. I did the Mozilla Help suggestion: Tools /Options/Applications - mailto - Actions: Yahoo is not listed and I have failed - I cannot seem to add it! Nothing has worked. I downloaded the extension Send File from Mozilla, restarted and it does not work either. I used to be able to send files using Yahoo, I didn't change anything, maybe it was an update? Please help! I am ready to give up.
