Browzing feels alot slower, an i experience alot of lagging. why is that?

Before the latest update, browsing felt fast and smooth, but now after the update, is feels very very slow, and I experience a lot of lagging and such, i everything from surfing, to flash, to youtube videos where Explorer is displaying everything much better. Why is that - or what can I do to solve it.
