I am already a subscriber to Bitdefender VPN. I think I would rather subscribe to Mozilla VPN. I am concerned about Mozilla VPN conflicting somehow with Bitdefender VPN. I have almost a year to run on my Bitdefender VPN subscription. If I subscribe to Mozilla VPN, can I let Bitdefender VPN run simultaneously (until the subscription runs out), or should I cancel it when signing up for Mozilla VPN.

And, if I should cancel Bitdefender VPN, how do I do that? They teem to be a bit difficult to communicate with.

Hi

You will definitely not want to run both VPNs at the same time. Other users have noted that previously installed VPNs tend to corrupt the Mozilla VPN on install due to some of the folders needed being in the same spot as your current VPN.

The suggestion would be to uninstall your Bitdefender VPN fully first and reboot, before installing the Mozilla VPN for use.

Regarding cancelling your BitDefender Vpn subscription, unfortunately, I am not sure what the best method for you would be. I did a quick search of their main page and I was able to find this email address that could potentially help (cancel@bitdefender.com).

regards,
