I have responded to an obvious question and bounced off a do not reply. Somebody needs to work on the clarity of communication from your end. Having a robot ask questions that can't accept responses is a design flaw, irritating, and does not promote good will. Incidentally I am a financial contributor. But this experience is offensive.

I'm not familiar with that message. I tested on Firefox for Android by typing

who.int

in the address bar, which was redirected to

https://www.who.int

Then there were huge links to get to the page you mentioned originally.

Are you able to get to any of the site at all?
