Does FF57 ends XUL add-on only or XUL applications( -app application.ini) too?

Thank you for taking out time to investigate my query.

I use few standalone XUL applications using firefox.exe with "-app application.ini" CLI option for internal purpose. They also use XUL browser element. Could anyone please confirm that FF 57 and later would still support XUL application through "-app option". I understand any XUL add-on to Firefox browser would be disabled.

Firefox Release and Beta versions after Fx 56 will lose a lot of "legacy" features. Look to the pre-Release / pre-Beta "Nightly" version for ability to use features such as that.

Thank you for your time and and response. Checking against nightly or beta build would be one approach, but is there a policy or announcement doc/link where road-map/timeline about support on XUL standalone using Firefox is described.
