Are you scrolling with the mouse or with the keyboard?

Try to disable smooth scrolling to see if that has effect.

• Tools > Options > Advanced > General: Browsing: "Use smooth scrolling"

Tried disabling smooth scrolling but still problem remains as it is. (scrolling using mouse )
