Firefox 47.0 updated and Outlook.com: form email fill-in disappeared

I have Firefox 47.0 Outlook.com live email. My form fill-in email address for Outlook disappeared and Firefox 47.0 doesn't have the support options listed on Firefox support 2014. I only found these non-working instructions:

Click the orange Firefox button and then 'Options' > 'Options'. If you don't have the orange Firefox button (top left), then click 'Tools' > 'Options'. 2. Click the 'Privacy' heading/tab and where it says 'Firefox will:' choose 'Use custom settings for history'. 3. Make sure 'Remember search and form history' is checked 4. If you don't have the orange Firefox button (top left), then click 'Tools' > 'Options'. 2. Click the 'Privacy' heading/tab and where it says 'Firefox will:' choose 'Use custom settings for history'. 3. Make sure 'Remember search and form history' is checked 4.
