Sorry, this support forum doesn't provide for uploading images via email.
See this support article. How do I create a screenshot of my problem? It is best to use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed a maximum file size of 1 MB.
Then use the Browse .... button below the Post a Reply text box to upload the screenshot.

No idea yet what your problem is but any of these relevant
Presumably you have no problems using other browsers with your bank. That could indicate it is a problem with Firefox, or just something like a problem with cookies. On the other hand your bank may not be secure. (Probably unlikely if it is a large or international organisation)
