How can I review the Flash player whitelist after the fact?

Hello,

I would like to know how I can go back to look at and edit previous choices in the Flash player whitelist. I have noticed that if I pick the alternative to be asked for permission to use Flash, Firefox then asks if I want it to remember my choice. If I want to go back to review this liste of permitted Flash domains how can I do this?

A related question is, when I get this question, is there a way to inspect the Flash content that the website wants to load? I think it's sometimes interesting to know, for example when a website that has no obvious use of Flash asks for permission to use it.
