This feature was available on previous versions of Firefox, but it seems to have been removed on the current version (34.0.5). It should be part of the Privacy and Security Settings, I would think. My system is XP SP-3.

Websites can always do a reverse DNS look up to determine your location. If a website wants to use geolocation then Firefox will always ask for permission. See: Tools > Page Info > Permissions
