After a new install of Firefox on windows 7 it will not load some online games

I have just restored my windows 7 laptop operating system.

I have reinstalled the latest version of Firefox but it will not let me log into some online games now.

Internet explorer works ok but but not Firefox

Can someone help please

This issue can be caused by corrupted cookies or cookies that are blocked.

  • check the permissions on the about:permissions page and in "Tools > Page Info > Permissions"

Clear the cache and remove cookies only from websites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Hi I have tried all the above advice and it still will not work

When I try and log into the game it says (A general error has occurred please refresh the page and try again)

Explorer works just fine but not firefox
