Ive seriously tried everything.

The Mozilla folder in the program files has no user security on it (No users listed in the security tab), and the folder itself is read only. Ive uninstalled, cleaned the registry and temp files, moved the new install location, removed ff profiles, downloaded the installer multiple times, and all sorts of other fixes I found online nothing seems to help.

As far as I know there were no changes to the computer in the last 24 hours but this morning FF will not run and reinstalling is not fixing the problem.

The Properties dialog for C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox has nothing at all on the Security tab, not even CREATOR OWNER permission?

Are you sure you are logged in under your normal Windows user name?

What is the shortcut? Did you check its properties?
