Greetings once again: It's been well over a week now and still not able to download any e-mails from anyone. I've changed my password as you requested me to do and if I send out e-mails, they seem to go out just fine, but STILL no e-mails coming into my account. WHY IS THAT? After Thunderbird asked me to download a new version & I donated money, all my subfolders to the left have disappeared. ALL my information stored/ emails placed in the subfolders are gone. I have sent several requests asking for HELP. This has been so frustrating I do not want to recommend anyone to use Thunderbird. This has nev er happened to me before and I cannot seem to receive an easy solution a t my end. All folders & emails dumbed into folders are gone???? I need HELP Please.....

I have have been unemployed at the time but still donated $$ to support as often as I can and this has happened which has been a nightmare.

Hi I shop online with Sainsburys. Until about a month ago everything was working fine but now when I make an order or amend the existing order the email from Sainsburys does not come in. I have the email 'service@sainsburys.co.uk in my address book both on Thunderbird and Talktalk. Now, I changed my email address with Sainsburys just to see what would happen and the shopping order confirmation email came in fine but if I use my normal email address nothing is getting through by email. Sainsburys have offered some advice to no avail so now I ask you - how can I get back my emails coming in when I order from Sainsburys? May I add that the Tesco site works fine. I wonder if it is from the 'glitch' sainsburys had a few weeks ago when all orders were deleted etc? Thanks for any help at all. Regards

When trying to retried incoming messages, I keep getting popup that ask for my password. I tried to use the hidden password in the app, which till now has always worked, but get the following message:

"Sending of password for user (parrotdise13@att.net) did not succeed. Mail Server inbound.att.net responded [SYS/TEMP] server error - please try again later."

I have browser access to my att/yahoo parrotdise13@att.net account after changing my password. But entering the new password in the above mentioned popup produces same result.

Overnight, I suddenly cannot send emails. I keep getting an error code AUP #OUT-1500 that says: "The email address you are sending as must match the email address you used to auth. " But I have changed nothing. Everything worked fine Thursday when I went to bed; got up Friday unable to send. I can receive all day. And I can send using my provider's website, but I'd rather use Thunderbird as usual. What the heck just happened? None of the Support suggestions work. Thanks for any wisdom you can impart!

I have several sub-folders connected to my "Inbox". How do I have specific incoming mail sent directly to the different sub-folders? I had no problem doing this prior to Thunderbird 115.1 taking over my previous edition. Tried following the instructions under Settings but it wasn't very helpful.

I have been stuggling to transfer my emails from a windows PC using Windows live Mail, to a laptop using Thunderbird. I have just spoken to my email provider (Plusnet) and they have sent a test email which is received by Thunderbird. But all my emails keep arriving on the old machine. The other shows every day "Login to server mail.hoster905.com with username cnc@lcgnm.com failed" I have reset this one password at the server, entered the new password in Thunderbird and can the get mail. That day only. Next day same problem.
