I can no longer sign in to Last Pass on Firefox but can sign in on Chrome. I've been a loyal Firefox user for years. I don't want to switch to another browser. How can I fix this?

Wireless cursor just gone after this last update. Changed the battery and all the usual tap, blow on it, no luck. Purchased a new mouse from amazon and no improvement. I found an article to fix this but cannot find what they refer to or understand the names used. I am just there saying, the what? go were?

Running Firefox on macOS Sequoia 15.0. Afternoon of Tuesday, 8 October, Firefox abruptly ceased loading any pages. I eventually learned of the malware incident and downloaded Firefox 131.0.2 last night and overwrote the existing file. It worked for a brief moment, then also ceased functioning. Have downloaded 131.0.2 several times now, with no further success. Currently dead in the water with Firefox, and stuck with Safari. :(

There is a lot of sites I visit that I no longer have access to regardless they are HTTPS Makes no sense I'm old enough to know what I can and can't watch Now there is a site I want to use for making money and I am blocked from going to it for no reason I used to love to use Firefox as my preferred browser but it's pushing too far now

Printing a pdf feature cannot scale up. Independently from the choice of file or printer, printing at a scale more than 100% does not change anything. Unfortunately this extends to the "Fit to page width" option - attempting to print a document with pages smaller than paper size produces an unscaled, small document on a part of the page.

Hi, I had the idea to try Opera browser as I saw various videos about it. Firefox does slow me down at times even though it's what I have used for years.

Soon after, I defaulted back to using Firefox but the settings must have gotten changed. Everytime I wish to log in to any site, I have to type in my email again. The passwords usually are the old ones that show up.

With Amazon for instance. I must sign in and verify with codes sent to my mobile few times a day. I have searched for help online and gone through the cookies and history and privacy settings, turn this on or that off, don't do this and don't do that. Despite all that, the sites don't remember my email logins. If I go from voucher code to another site, it doesn't remember my credentials, so I don't get the deal or voucher. Amazon on my mobile works perfect but on my laptop, it's just a nightmare to have to sign in and verify each time. Outlook refuses to recognize my password most times and so it goes on.

If I cannot fix this asap, I will then have to remove Firefox as a browser altogether and find anything else that works! Please advise. Last time I reached out to Firefox, I never heard back! Fingers Crossed x

I do miss Send Unsent button (or Get/Send button). There can be a problem and an email is still in the outbox, you correct what you think is the right correction but there is no way to see if you can get it to go. but there is no way to do it (conveniently). Are there any plans to bring this back?

I need a Thunderbird email account. At the end of the set-up I mistakenly clicked "decline" instead of "allow" Thunderbird permission to read my Gmail messages. I believe I just gave Thunderbird permission to access my gmail as I tried to write Hawaii Labor Board from their website again, Thunderbird email seems to be Hawaii Labor board's only option on their website. My first question: Can I start over setting up a Thunderbird email account linked to my Google email account? Second question: Is it even possible to set-up another account separate from gmail?

Hi All, I recently had to reinstall Thunderbird and managed to migrate my emails and subfolders from the previous installation. However, I think I accidentally linked my email account twice. The first one has all the emails from my account unorganized in one big lump. The second one has all the subfolders, etc that are from the previous installation. Can I delete the first one without it deleting the second one? I'd hate to have to reinstall everything again.

Hello, Sorry to disturb but its been two days and I am unable to access my Google accounts (work and private) through Firefox in anyway. I have done all the basic fixes I can think of but with no success. I have deleted caches, checked plug ins, rebooted Firefox went through the trouble shooting mode, followed advice in the community forum, tried logging in from Google linked accounts. Spoke to our internal IT support at work but nothing has solved the issue as yet, spoke to Google support.

My assumption is that it has to be the browser as I am able to log into google with another browser but Firefox is my preferred browser and would like to use it again as such.

Please advise.

I use FF on a 2012 PC running Windows10. I was going to replace the computer, but a tech shop nearby has recommended (without seeing my computer) updating the hardware within. I have a lot of passwords stored in FF, and I should like some advice regarding protecting privacy by saving them and reusing them on the refurbished computer. Any other comments about refurbishing as opposed to replacing would be welcome.

I have a problem with my primary email. I cannot send out or receive. I'm working with my provider but no resolution as of yet. They did check my settings at the provider level but said everything looks good. I've thoroughly checked and rechecked all my email settings and am unable to see a problem. I'm thinking that since I am not signed into my browser (Mozilla Firefox) with it telling m my account is disconnected that I need to Sync my account, but I cannot do that. So, I have been trying to Sync my Mozilla account but being I have a problem with email I am unable to receive your email code to completely sign into my Mozilla account. What I am wanting to do is to sign into my account and add a secondary email address so to receive your sign in code so that I am able to finish syncing my account. I am lost to know what to do from here! You will be unable to reply to me using my regular primary email address because as I say, I cannot send or receive, so how can you even help me? Please help me some how! I'm sure you have my phone number being I would think it's on my account. Can you phone me? Hopefully! Not sure whether I should put a phone number or the added secondary email address in here so you can add it for me. I can't sign into Mozilla to do anything. I went through my Google account to get this far so to hopefully send this to you. Your help would surely be appreciated! after using Thunderbird for years, new incoming email now display as: LP/dfHZJml//VOFFsq+rhu5OJP4DCm6cS7aNBZz0K1VLckif83iE0ZZkBM+RBJ3qjtpfOARokH9i with many more similar lines -- always the same text string though. I have restarted the app, the OS, safe mode, reinstalled the app -- nothing makes a difference. The email are displayed correctly on other machines running other email clients.

It doesn't always happen, but when it does it is usually the 2nd and 3rd emails from the top of the Inbox. So it might not be a reception issue, but a display issue.

question, if 128.3.1esr.exe is supposed to be good until mar25, why is it telling me i need win 10 when i try loading? i'm trying to stay as far away from windows as i possibly can, but unfortunately i had to reload win7 because the downloads i need for linux are being difficult with only 3 months of experience. i don't need your security, or what microsoft pretends is security. i have no intention of relying on windows, i just need to be able to download the programs to create bootable os's for my crypto miners, those are debian based. because from what i've learned so far, i just like linux better.

Hello, I have just reinstalled Windows on my PC and when I logged into my Firefox account, none of the data I had synced up. I lost all my bookmarks, accounts, logins, etc. Is there any way to get them back?
