Yahoo tollbar not refreshing

This morning I had problems with the various Yahoo sites. I ran ccleaner that resolved that problem and I've been able to get Yahoo finance and sports.

Currently the full toolbar is not appearing and it does not show me if I have any new mail.

Any assistance is appraicated/

Chosen solution

Please try uninstalling and reinstalling the toobar. And, since this is an addon please contact Yahoo for assistance. Thank You!
