Then, are you actually using babylon? The majority of people who have Babylon installed were infected with it without their knowledge, so if you are actually using it we can try to get it working, I just wanted to confirm first.

Yes Firefox 16.0.2 is the latest version, so please update to that immediately. (you appear to have firefox 12 installed). After doing that, try to update babylon.

I don't want to update non of them.bout are up to date enough .any other solution?is that because of any missing plugin or extension?

Continuing to use old versions of software is bad for multiple reasons:

• Increase likelihood of attack, infection and loss of personal information
• Known stability issues (crashes, freezes, etc.)
• No ability to take advantage of increased speed and new technologies.

Without upgrading your Firefox and Babylon, there is no way to tell if this is an issue that has already been resolved or not. You also have other out of date software on your computer (flash, etc.). If you want to update and then report back, i can try to help, if you won't update there is little I can do and you are leaving yourself at increased risk on the internet.
