Cannot enter password into log-in window for QNAP NAS GUI. It's inactive in Nightly 18 but works in 15. Window shows but I cannot enter the password. Works perfect in 15.

Can you tab into that field with the Tab key and paste the password with the keyboard (Cmd+V) and submit via the Enter key or Space (you may need to use the Tab key to set focus to that button)?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Hi cor-el,

  • Cannot tab into any field, cannot paste.
  • The window shows but nothing can be entered.
  • The window can't be moved.
  • The window can be canceled
  • No, safe start does not fix the problem. I've also completely (all files) deleted and reinstalled Firefox/Nightly, 2 versions, 17-18, 4 times. Firefox 15 works fine with all my settings and addons.
