I installed the latest Firefox but I get an opening page I can't delete that says "Hooray,..."

When I open Firefox I expect my opening page to be the one I set under Options. Instead I get your Hooray.... page with a video ready to start. I want to eliminate this page and get the one I set as my opening page.
