How do I prevent or disable the same unwanted advertisements appearing on different websites?
When browsing I sometimes get the same inappropriate advertisements "pushing in" to the pages I'm on. These same ads appear on a number of different sites I have been on. Is this a cookie issue or virus issue? How do I disable and prevent this?

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
