Looking for a feature like IE Favorites Bar

IE has a feature that allows you to have a bar at the top of saved locations. For example, I have sites I visit regularly. These sites would have a tab at the top of my page. This would allow me to click on them, without having to access them from my bookmarks.

You mean the Favorites bar. Favorites are called Bookmarks in Firefox. Firefox has a Bookmarks bar. If you do not see any such toolbar, then it may be hidden. To show the Bookmarks bar, right-click the Menu Bar and tick Bookmarks bar.
