It may be hard to pinpoint the cause of that error if it happens so rarely.

You have a lot of extensions installed and it is quite possible that one of them is causing it or a combination.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
