How do I troubleshoot Firefox when it does not display embedded fonts on 1 machine, but it does display embedded fonts on another? (note: firewall is already cleared)

Firefox 3.6 is installed on two machines. One machine displays a website with embedded fonts correctly, the other machine does not. I have checked the AVG Internet Security package and set the Firefox permissions to "Allow all." What are the other possible causes of this problem and how does one correct it?

Both machines run Windows XP.

You can check the settings: Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors: Advanced > [X]"Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above"

You can also check the pref gfx.downloadable_fonts.enabled on the about:config page.

To open the about:config page, type about:config in the location (address) bar and press the "Enter" key, just like you type the url of a website to open a website.
If you see a warning then you can confirm that you want to access that page.
