flash movie disappearing when flash menu is chosen

I am having problems with this site I have built using firefox, but I don't have this problem with internet explorer.

If you go to the site: http://www.cooverbarr.com/cooverNewTemp.html, you will see the flash movie and above it is a flash menu.

When you hover over any of the dropdowns the flash movie disappears and again this does not happen when I am using internet explorer.

How can this be fixed within the code of the movie or the flash menu to make it work for firefox?
