You can remove the add-on in a number of ways. Here are two options:

(1) If an add-on has a toolbar button, or appears on the Extensions button drop-down list, right-click > Remove Extension

More info on the Extensions button: Manage your extensions using the extensions button in the toolbar

(2) Go to the Add-ons page and remove the extension there. Here's how:

Call up the page using either:

  • Ctrl+Shift+a (Mac: Command+Shift+a)
  • "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
  • type or paste about:addons in the address bar and press Enter/Return

In the left column of the Add-ons page, click Extensions. On the right side, find the "Manage Your Extensions" heading. Your currently enabled extensions should be listed.

Next to the blue slider switch, look for a menu button (3 dots in a row) and click that to find the Remove option.
