Hi, which platform has this problem? By that I mean: Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, or iOS

If you can't see any toolbars on Windows, Mac, or Linux, your Firefox might be in full screen. For tips on entering and exiting full screen, see: Use Firefox in Full Screen mode

Assuming you are on Windows, you can try installing Firefox from the Microsoft Store.
