Hi, thank you for your quick help. I created a new profile in my Firefox on Windows. I put its location in one of my files in drive D. I did not know that the profile makes that folder for itself. When I wanted to delete the profile, I clicked the delete all files option to delete the profile files. But it deleted all the files in that folder. I used many software to recover the folder, but it seems that Firefox destroyed the files after deleting them. It was not possible to recover. All my files are damaged. I wanted to ask, do you have a way to solve this problem? Is it possible to recover deleted profile files and information without damage? My files were so important that they were deleted at the same time as the profile was deleted. A lot of photos, videos and audio.

Here's the thing when you delete files or folder especially in Windows it's gone once the Recycle bin is cleared or is set too low and it clears automatically when capacity if filled. And if you keep using after this point recovery is next to impossible with any software as your wrote over the data sectors needed to recover the data. Firefox doesn't destroy data that is the user choosing that actions it most likely had a backup on the folder you cleared and once that was gone so was all the data. At this point a computer shop that can do recovery is what has to take place.
