Restoring Firefox open windows from an old session after a forced Win10 reinstallation
Hi. My laptop´s Windows 10 "died" suddenly due to a corporate system update that corrupted Windows start and some other sectors and the SDD had to be reformatted and Win reinstalled from scratch. I have my Firefox account and I can see the session of the old installation still opened (from 6 days ago when the problem happened). However it was impossible for me to backup anything because this episode happened suddenly. Is there any way to recover the 3 windows I had opened in Firefox at the time of the "death" of Windows from the session I still see opened? Thanks, Claudio

From my understanding a Win O/S reinstall wipes clean anything and there is no recovery on the system for any data since that is wiped cleaned. And what do you mean old installation still open? This can't be true if that is the only computer it's installed on. If there was no backup or no Firefox backup methods use there nothing to restore. So you need to clarify what you mean "recover 3 windows from before" statement as this is confusing read right now.
Let me clarify, sorry if I was not clear. You´re right when you say that the install wiped everything. I had to install Firefox from scratch, of course. However, under my profile, when you see open sessions in other devices, I see all of the other devices I have such as my Android cell phone, my Ipad, and also the session that was not closed in the same PC when it crashed (as the new install of Windows 10 Enterprise gave the laptop a new name, the old session remains open). That old session had 3 windows opened, that´s what I mean when I say "3 windows). My question is if there is any way of recovering what was opened in that session of the same laptop (but with the old PC name). Hope I made myself somewhat clearer. Thanks for your willingness to help, Claudio
