Have no trouble signing on to any other website but DELL.com See error message. With or without Norton VPN activated.

Did you try Private Mode window browser Firefox yet? This will tell if this is Browser, or site issue or conflicts with Addons. And if it works in Private Mode then you got Addon issues or possible security software blocking issue.
