Is it possible to restore bookmarks from 5 months ago

Okay, so 5 months ago, I cleaned up my bookmarks. I had a ton, but now looking back, there were some that I really would've liked to keep. So I'm would like to know if there would be a way to restore deleted bookmarks from that long ago.

Firefox keeps 15 bookmark backups in the bookmarkbackups folder in the profile folder as set via browser.bookmarks.max_backups on the about:config page. That is as far as you can go back unless you have created a new profile since then or have a backup.

You can check if you have an "Old Firefox Data" folder on the desktop in case the Refresh feature in Firefox has been used and a new profile has been created.
