I have sent the crash report pop-up with the details to you folks many times! But you are not responding, acknowledging NOR providing a fix! The CRASH REPORT basically means that there are other copies of FireFox running... BUT MY TASK MANAGER says there is not ANY FireFox running!!!! Yet in order for FireFox to launch I have to acknowledge and close yet another pop-up (different than the crash report pop-up) which is supposedly closing a FireFox that is already running (which is not true or being seen in my task manager) then and only then will it OPEN a good standard FireFox for me to use! This is so @#$% stupid to have to do this EACH TIME!

I run a WIN 10 OS fully up to date for your information.

I also run DUCK DUCK GO as my search engine. Without ANY problems whatsoever.

The problem started right after your last up date was sent & applied to my FireFox! I HAVE SENT YOU THE POP-UP ERROR DETAILS SEVERAL TIMES, AND YET NO ONE HAS HAD THE COURTESY TO RESPOND OR ACKNOWLEDGE MY ERROR MESSAGE SENDS! When will you fix this issue? Due you even understand this issue?

If you do not know or respond ASAP then I will go back to using GOOGLE which I absolutely HATE to use... it is so insecure & very unsafe & they DO share your private information also which Google lies about all of those, BUT YET Google is a hackers and dark web hackers dream come true! And BING is too @#$% busy to use and full of crap that I do not what or care to see!

We're sorry to hear that Firefox is crashing. In order to assist you better, please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A list of Submitted/Unsubmitted Crash Reports will appear, similar to the one shown below.
  2. Copy the 5 most recent Submitted Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.

Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.

(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)
