I've tried several fixes to get PayPal to load through Firefox but none are permanent. PayPal will not load through FF consistently and it is causing me to use another browser which is more convenient. How do I load PP through FF?

Did you try Private Mode windows Browser to see what happens? If it works in PrivateMode then you have Addons issue causing cookies to be blocked so it won't load.
