Responsive design mode keyboard shortcut not working

I've tried doing a full reset as suggested [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/que.../978254|here.] I've also disabled all of my add-ons. Control + Shift + I is working as a shortcut to bring up DevTools. Control + Shift + M just won't bring up the responsive design mode.

Is there some troubleshooting I could do in the about:config?

I am running the most recent version of Firefox on Windows 11.
