I noticed recently that the dashboard of my wordpress website is not loading properly on my Firefox browser but it shows clearly on Google chrome browser. The dashboard is showing symbols instead of the name. Secondly, my menu options is not showing at the front end but it is showing on chrome. My website is www.greenpredict.com . I have cleared my browsing cache and its still not showing well. Please have a look and help me out.

Hello! Have you tried disabling the Enhanced Tracking Protection?: Enhanced Tracking Protection in Firefox for desktop Can you also try if it still happens in Troubleshoot Mode?: Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode

If by dashboard you mean a column on the left, I don't see it at all in Firefox.

Thanks @-elison- for your timely response. I have tried it but it didn't work so I deleted all my cache history from the browser. Thereafter,i shut down my computer and on it again and behold, the problem was solved.

Well, I know down at the bottom it has an arrow to collapse or un-collapse the menu. I tend to always have it un-collapsed so I can see the menu names. Perhaps it got collapsed somehow.
